Cancellations or Rescheduling :
If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, we require at least 24 hours' notice. You can contact us by phone 780-723-5793 or text at 780-712-0200 (Edson) or 780-865-0164 (Hinton), by email at chlynservices@hotmail.com ~ chlyn.hinton@gmail.com.
No -Show Without Notice :
If you do not attend your scheduled course and fail to contact our office full cost of the course will be charged.
Due to Rebooking After a No-Show:
If you wish to rebook after missing a course without prior notice, a $50.00 No -Show Rebooking Fee will be required to hold your seat.

Yes.
A minor is considered anyone under the age of 16. A parent or legal guardian MUST be present at the time of the test, provide government issued photo ID, verify the minors identity, and complete a parental consent form with the minor that requires testing.
We do not perform lab work at our facilities. If your medical requires requisition lab work, please contact our office to schedule and appointment with our doctor.
