Cancellation ~ No Show Policy

To ensure fairness to all participants and maintain scheduling efficiency, the following policy applies:

Cancellations or Rescheduling :

If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, we require at least 24 hours' notice. You can contact us by phone 780-723-5793 or text at 780-712-0200 (Edson) or 780-865-0164 (Hinton), by email at chlynservices@hotmail.com ~ chlyn.hinton@gmail.com.

No -Show Without Notice :

If you do not attend your scheduled course and fail to contact our office full cost of the course will be charged. 

Due to Rebooking After a No-Show: 

If you wish to rebook after missing a course without prior notice, a $50.00 No -Show Rebooking Fee will be required to hold your seat. 

We appreciate your understanding - timely notice helps us keep courses running smoothly and  available to all participants.
